GREG MCDONALD
Advisor – Business Account Management Solutions, Affordable Lending Team
Fannie Mae

Responsibilities: Greg works an Advisor on the Affordable Lending Team, supporting various efforts on homebuyer education and Duty to Serve – Affordable Housing Preservation. In 2022, he helped launch Fannie Mae HomeView^TM, which has helped deliver homeownership education to over 200,000 individuals so far. He also helps oversee our single-family Duty to Serve efforts on Affordable Housing Preservation - Energy, Shared Equity and Distressed Properties.

Experience: Greg received a BSBA in Marketing from American University in Washington DC. He has over 20 years’ experience working in the financial services industry including 10 years owning his own mortgage business. He spent a combined seven working as registered representative/financial advisor at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Bank and New York Life during which time he obtained the series 6, 63, 65 and 7 licenses as well as the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor^SM designation.

LORI LATHAM
Sr. Associate – Business Account Management Solutions, Affordable Lending Team
Fannie Mae

Responsibilities: Lori Latham is a Fannie Mae Sr. Associate in the Business Account Management Solutions group, working on the Affordable Lending Team. Lori supports Fannie Mae’s educational initiative as part of the work being done to make homes affordable to all, including under-represented populations, low to moderate income, tribal lands, and rural communities through a variety of resources. She is also responsible for monitoring counseling agency vendor work for compliance with Fannie Mae requirements.

Experience: Lori studied Business and Finance at Kennesaw College and UT Dallas and has 40 years of mortgage experience that includes: Closing, Product Development, Quality Control, Mortgage Insurance and both Government and Conventional Lending. Lori has 20 years of experience at Fannie Mae, and recently joined the Affordable Lending Team after supporting Fannie Mae customers as part of the Selling Guide Support Team (SGST).
