Rob Kessel founded Panoramic Capital Academy and Consulting in 2024 to offer the industry a comprehensive platform focused on capital markets education. Rob's extensive history of recruiting and training capital markets staff and impressive learning management technology experience enhances Panoramic's advanced capital markets curriculum.

Rob began his career in the mortgage industry in 1988 and moved into capital markets in 1996, where he has led development of the sector's analytics, automation, services and products ever since. Rob co-founded Compass Analytics in 2003. With Rob as its CEO, the company became the market-leading provider of product, pricing and eligibility solutions, risk management and hedging analytics and services, and MSR valuation. In 2019, both Compass Analytics and Rob joined Black Knight, where Rob integrated all Compass technology, operations and personnel into the Black Knight ecosystem and also onboarded Optimal Blue in 2020.
