Debbie has over 4 decades of experience in the mortgage banking industry, specializing in sales, operations and service within the retail, wholesale and correspondent channels. Over the years, Debbie has prioritized building strong client relationships, increasing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With a proven track record in sales leadership, strategic planning, and account management, she has successfully led teams, expanded market share, and negotiated key partnerships. Equally important to Debbie is to create an environment where others can grow and thrive in their careers. Through her work, both with clients and within the mortgage industry community, she is committed to building relationships, driving success and sharing her experiences to mentor and inspire those around her.
Debbie earned her Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation in 2008 and has previously served as the president of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association, as well as the president of the Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association for 2022-2023.
