Meet James Baublitz
James is co-founder of Panoramic Capital Academy, the nation’s leading mortgage capital markets educator, and Senior Vice President, Capital Markets, for First Home Mortgage Corporation. At Panoramic Capital Academy, James develops course curriculum on a wide range of topics including loan sale and hedging strategy and serves as an instructor for Panoramic’s Masters and Executive courses.
Previously, James served as Managing Director, Pipeline Analytics, within Black Knight’s Secondary Marketing Technologies division, and was a partner at Compass Analytics before its sale to Black Knight in 2019.
A mortgage capital markets educator and strategist, James has over 18 years of capital markets experience. James lives with his family in Baltimore, is a graduate of Susquehanna University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).
